Interacting with or viewing our content does not create or imply a therapist–client relationship.

Confidentiality & Boundaries

To protect your privacy, Mental Essence Counseling, PLLC does not:

  • Engage in clinical conversations via social media messaging

  • Provide crisis support through social media

  • Accept “friend requests” from current or former clients

  • Respond to comments that could reveal a therapeutic relationship

  • Confirm or deny whether someone is a client

Any interaction on social media including likes, follows, comments, or shares/repost is public and may compromise your confidentiality. Please use discretion if you choose to interact with our content.

Not a Secure Method of Communication

Social media platforms are not secure communication systems and should never be used to share personal, confidential, or clinical information.

Client Privacy

Mental Essence Counseling, PLLC will never search for client information online, follow clients, or monitor their social media presence. In rare crisis-related situations where safety is at risk, limited online search may occur only to assist in ensuring client welfare, and any such action will be documented and discussed.

Reviews & Testimonials

Clients are welcome to share their experience with Mental Essence Counseling on any platform they choose. However, due to professional ethics and confidentiality laws, we cannot respond to testimonials or reviews positive or negative on any public site.
